Returns & Exchanges Policy

We're a small business and while we'd love to offer free return shipping and size exchanges some day, we simply can't afford to at this time. 

We do not accept returns except for items that arrive defective. Please email us at info@mtbapparel.co and be sure to include a picture of the defect.  We will do what we can to make it right!

Apparel Sizing

Please read the product description for each item you are planning to purchase. Each product will state if the item runs true to size or if the product runs smaller than usual. 

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once your order has been received, but may occasionally take longer due to ongoing supply chain disruptions. You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order and another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges within the United States:

• For orders under $75, shipping is $5.00 flat rate.
• Spend $75 or more to receive free shipping. 

Shipping charges for international orders:

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we will soon!
